Prime location near to Benal beach, the train station too, and airport, and the room was air-conditioned...

The apartments at Benal Beach are cozy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room where you can relax and watch TV. I loved that the rooms had a private bathroom, so you didn't have to worry about sharing with other guests. Being able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen was a big plus for us. It saved us money and was really convenient. The apartment had everything we needed, like a fridge, stove, and even a washing machine. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold at times, but others might enjoy it.

Modern rooms with sea view and ample storage. Great pool area with pool bar. Good location near beach and plenty of restaurants. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in rooms. Washing machine in kitchen for longer stays.

The pool area was absolutely amazing, it was mind-blowing! The facilities on site were excellent, including the aqua park and snack bar. The beach access was super convenient, and the seasonal outdoor pool was a great way to relax. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The free wi-fi in public areas was a bonus. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport links and close to everything central. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Monika who was always just a text away. our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others!

We verbleven in een ruime kamer met een prachtig uitzicht op het platteland. De badkamer was modern en schoon, met een grote douche. De service was uitstekend, met vriendelijk personeel dat ons hartelijk verwelkomde. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met een ruime keuze aan gerechten, inclusief verse en gezonde opties. We genoten ook van de faciliteiten van het hotel, zoals een fitnessruimte en een ontspanningsruimte.

Helaas was de locatie niet gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer vanaf Amsterdam. Dit beperkte onze mobiliteit en maakte het lastig om de drukte van de stad te ervaren.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at this apartment complex! the facilities were top-notch, with great pools and a lovely ice cream parlor on-site. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff and pool attendants. the apartment itself was modern, clean, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and toaster. the view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the apartment could have been cleaner, as there was some dust in places.

The pool area was great with multiple pools and a pool bar, perfect for both kids and adults. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to the beach and easily accessible from the airport. One of the best aspects was the quick and efficient response from the agency when we had an issue with the electricity, sending two people to solve the problem promptly.

The reception staff were not helpful and the pillows on the bed were dreadful, the worst I have ever seen. We were disappointed that no cleaners came during our 7-day stay, resulting in no change of linen or towels.
